How credits work

One credit is one online person lookup: the initial search and, when eligible, one automatic multi-angle recheck.
A lookup answered from already-public results still costs one credit; a lookup blocked by an opt-out costs nothing.
Credits are spent in this order: subscription, trial, purchased.
Refunds revoke unused credits. If refunded credits were already spent, online lookups pause until the balance is positive; nothing on your phone is deleted.
Trial lookups are granted once per person, after a verified payment method is on file — no charge is made.

Billing is handled by Stripe Checkout inside the app. Prices shown are the live catalog (…).
